Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year related experience in hospitality or customer service
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 10 pounds
- Completion of safety training and certifications
- Adherence to company policies and confidentiality standards

- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Proficiency with computer systems and reservation software

Job Duties
- Assist members and guests with pre-arrival processes including pre-calls and arrangements
- Handle arrival and check-in duties including preparing arrival packets and welcoming guests
- Manage departure and check-out procedures including preparing departure folios and processing billing
- Respond to and coordinate special requests such as transportation, dining reservations, and amenity orders
- Communicate and collaborate with various departments to resolve guest issues and fulfill requests
- Perform administrative duties including audit checklists, shift logs, and documentation
- Provide information about property and local area amenities and events
