Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year related experience in hospitality or customer service
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 10 pounds
  • Completion of safety training and certifications
  • Adherence to company policies and confidentiality standards

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Proficiency with computer systems and reservation software

Job Duties

  • Assist members and guests with pre-arrival processes including pre-calls and arrangements
  • Handle arrival and check-in duties including preparing arrival packets and welcoming guests
  • Manage departure and check-out procedures including preparing departure folios and processing billing
  • Respond to and coordinate special requests such as transportation, dining reservations, and amenity orders
  • Communicate and collaborate with various departments to resolve guest issues and fulfill requests
  • Perform administrative duties including audit checklists, shift logs, and documentation
  • Provide information about property and local area amenities and events
