Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in luxury hotel or resort settings preferred
- Skills in front desk, concierge, food and beverage, or resort operations preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in luxury hotel settings preferred
- Experience in front desk, concierge, food and beverage, or resort operations preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local attractions and events considered an asset
Job Duties
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism while accommodating special requests when possible
- Assist guests with all inquiries related to hotel policies and local knowledge
- Ensure all promotional materials for restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and local events are current and available
- Establish and maintain relationships with local vendors to provide ticketing and reservation services for guests
- Manage Club Level guest check-ins and check-outs and verify Club access while coordinating luggage delivery
- Set up and break down food buffets, mix alcoholic beverages, and serve or buss tables during food service periods
