Job Requirements

  • At least one year of related education, training and/or experience
  • Previous experience as a server or attendant in a similar environment
  • Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
  • Working knowledge of proper operation of all bar equipment
  • Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
  • Working knowledge of standard cash handling procedures
  • Current State Food Handler's License and State Mixologist Permit required

Job Duties

  • Maintain and stock Club 268 in accordance with established standards
  • Assemble food items such as appetizers, salads, and soups
  • Ensure attractive and consistent presentation of food and beverages
  • Ensure all food and beverage items are served at the correct temperature
  • Maintain current knowledge of food and beverage offerings and menu changes
  • Process guest payments using proper accounting and cash handling procedures
  • Keep work area and guest dining area clean and organized
