Job Requirements
- At least one year of related education, training and/or experience
- Previous experience as a server or attendant in a similar environment
- Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
- Working knowledge of proper operation of all bar equipment
- Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
- Working knowledge of standard cash handling procedures
- Current State Food Handler's License and State Mixologist Permit required

Job Duties
- Maintain and stock Club 268 in accordance with established standards
- Assemble food items such as appetizers, salads, and soups
- Ensure attractive and consistent presentation of food and beverages
- Ensure all food and beverage items are served at the correct temperature
- Maintain current knowledge of food and beverage offerings and menu changes
- Process guest payments using proper accounting and cash handling procedures
- Keep work area and guest dining area clean and organized
