Job Requirements

  • At least one year of related education, training and/or experience
  • Previous experience as a server or attendant in a similar environment
  • Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
  • Working knowledge of the proper operation of all bar equipment
  • Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
  • Working knowledge of standard cash handling procedures
  • Current State Food Handler's License and State Mixologist Permit required

Job Duties

  • Responsible for maintaining and stocking of Club 268 in accordance with established standards
  • Assembles food items such as appetizers, salads and soups
  • Ensures attractive, consistent presentation of food and beverages and that all food and beverage items are served at the correct temperature
  • Maintains current knowledge of food and beverage offerings including menu changes
  • Processes guest payments using proper accounting and cash handling procedures
  • Keeps work area including guest dining area clean and organized
