Job Requirements
- At least one year of related education, training and/or experience
- Previous experience as a server or attendant in a similar environment
- Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
- Working knowledge of the proper operation of all bar equipment
- Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
- Working knowledge of standard cash handling procedures
- Current State Food Handler's License and State Mixologist Permit required

Job Duties
- Responsible for maintaining and stocking of Club 268 in accordance with established standards
- Assembles food items such as appetizers, salads and soups
- Ensures attractive, consistent presentation of food and beverages and that all food and beverage items are served at the correct temperature
- Maintains current knowledge of food and beverage offerings including menu changes
- Processes guest payments using proper accounting and cash handling procedures
- Keeps work area including guest dining area clean and organized
