  • Minimum 1 year experience in a food & beverage outlet
  • Experience catering to high expectation guests
  • Ability to balance a tray up to 40lbs
  • Attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Breakdown, clean & set up table, buffets, & food stations
  • Preparation of all condiments and garnish items for the following day
  • Keep track of daily hygiene requirements like temperature logs, proper food handling, & proper food storage
  • Stock linen, china, silver, and glassware ensuring all are polished and in good condition
  • Greet guests in good a professional manner, serve beverage and food items while explaining the contents and anticipate guest needs
  • Maintain Club Lounge kitchen and storage areas in a clean and orderly manner
  • Assist with outlet par levels for daily food & nonalcoholic beverages
