Job Duties

  • Oversee restaurant closing operations to ensure a clean and secure environment
  • Manage and lead closing shift staff providing guidance and support
  • Ensure all closing procedures and checklists are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and organize the restaurant for the following day's opening shift
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate closing inventory counts
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues during closing hours
  • Enforce company policies and health and safety regulations during closing time
