Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- At least two years experience in perishable retail or warehouse operations
- Forklift certification required
- Basic computer skills required
- Open shift availability
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid ServSafe Food Safety Certification and ability to maintain it
- In Florida, must obtain and maintain qualifier certification for retail propane oversight
- Annual forklift license certification
- Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting up to 30 pounds, occasional heavier lifting with assistance, and moving in various temperature and noise environments
- Willingness to comply with sanitation and safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- Two years of experience in retail, supermarket, or warehouse perishable operations
- Experience managing inventory turnover and waste reduction
- Forklift certification
- High school diploma required, college degree preferred
- Basic computer proficiency including MS Word, Excel, and Email
- Open shift availability
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to maintain required training and certifications
Job Duties
- Oversee end-of-day club execution including Recovery, Utility, and Perishable departments
- Actively walk the floor during closing hours to engage with Members and team
- Maintain GOLD Member Standards until club closes
- Ensure registers, perishable stations, and service areas are fully functional through close
- Personally resolve or escalate evening Member concerns
- Monitor closing stock levels, product rotation, and merchandising to ensure freshness
- Conduct quality and date checks to uphold food safety
- Enforce daily sanitation and safety procedures
- Manage Assistant Closing Manager and Recovery team productivity and scheduling
- Utilize operational tools such as Hot List, NAFS, electronic reports, and dashboards to validate execution and maximize efficiency
- Support audit readiness by ensuring compliance documentation
- Champion close-to-open operational standards
- Identify and escalate equipment maintenance needs
- Coach and support onboarding, training, and certification
- Drive improvement in underperforming departments
- Collaborate cross-functionally with ACMs, Club Manager, and Department Leads
- Perform Manager on Duty responsibilities as needed
- Operate forklift safely
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
