Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months of related experience or training or equivalent combination
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations including rate, ratio, and percent
- Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization
- Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance if driving for company business
- Willingness to close as Closing Manager four days a week
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to bend, kneel and perform mobility tasks
- Ability to work long periods standing without breaks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months of related experience or training preferred
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operational manuals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Competency in basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to solve practical problems and manage complex situations
- Bilingual skills preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee closing shift operations and ensure all closing procedures are completed accurately
- Manage and lead restaurant team members during closing shifts
- Ensure compliance with food safety and operational standards
- Handle cash management and bank deposits
- Provide superior customer service and resolve any issues
- Train and develop staff to promote growth and efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant after closing
