Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • One to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and interpret bar graphs
  • Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to drive with valid state-issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance
  • Willingness to close four days a week
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Lead and motivate the team during closing shifts
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness standards
  • Manage inventory and cash handling procedures
  • Provide superior customer service and resolve issues
  • Drive sales and support employee growth
  • Conduct training and development for team members
