Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to three months related experience or training
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations
  • Ability to solve practical problems
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Valid state-issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance if driving for company business
  • Willingness to close shifts four days a week
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
  • Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions

Job Duties

  • Manage closing shifts to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Oversee employee performance and provide coaching and training
  • Maintain health and safety standards
  • Handle cash deposits and banking errands
  • Ensure store cleanliness and product quality
  • Build a positive team environment to achieve sales goals
  • Perform administrative duties including inventory and scheduling
