Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- one to three months of related experience and/or training
- ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- ability to speak effectively before groups
- ability to perform basic math functions
- practical problem-solving skills
- ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- valid state driver’s license and insurance if driving for company business
- willingness to work closing shifts including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage closing operations and ensure all closing tasks are completed correctly
- lead and motivate team members to provide superior customer service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant during closing
- monitor and enforce safety and food quality standards
- handle inventory and cash deposits as needed
- resolve customer and employee issues promptly
- drive sales and support store profitability
