Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • one to three months of related experience and/or training
  • ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
  • ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • ability to speak effectively before groups
  • ability to perform basic math functions
  • practical problem-solving skills
  • ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • valid state driver’s license and insurance if driving for company business
  • willingness to work closing shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents
  • basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • strong problem-solving and reasoning abilities

Job Duties

  • Manage closing operations and ensure all closing tasks are completed correctly
  • lead and motivate team members to provide superior customer service
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant during closing
  • monitor and enforce safety and food quality standards
  • handle inventory and cash deposits as needed
  • resolve customer and employee issues promptly
  • drive sales and support store profitability
