Job Duties

  • Positive and serving attitude with a warm personality
  • Use our CORE 4 model to serve drive thru guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected
  • Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality
  • Operating the register and iPads at the drive thru
  • Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer
  • Taking orders with speed and accuracy at the drive thru
  • Learn all positions, including headset and order taking, monitor or bagging, and window
  • Checking for product quality and consistency
  • Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
