This job opportunity is presented by an independently owned and operated restaurant franchise, licensed to use the renowned McDonald's brand, logos, and food products. Unlike McDonald's USA, this particular restaurant is managed by a separate franchisee who solely handles all employment relations and decisions. Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to work flexible shifts including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Able to adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or fast food environment is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to follow instructions and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
- Prepare all of McDonald's World Famous food
- Partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
