Job Requirements
- availability to work late nights until 1am or later
- ability to start shift around 5pm
- outstanding attitude and willingness to learn
- capability to excel in a fast-paced, team-based environment

- no prior felonies or background issues that would affect employment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous restaurant or food service experience a plus but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- willingness to learn and engage in ongoing training and development
Job Duties
- work as part of a team to deliver fast and friendly service
- connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- prepare all of McDonald’s world-famous food
- keep the restaurant clean and looking fantastic
- assist with closing duties to ensure the restaurant is properly secured and ready for the next day
- maintain inventory and stock as needed during the closing shift
- follow all safety and hygiene standards
