Job Requirements
- Availability to work closing shifts starting as early as 4pm and ending after closing tasks are completed
- Weekend availability is essential
- Ability to work late hours until 1am
- Enthusiastic and hardworking attitude
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is an advantage
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic food safety knowledge
Job Duties
- Greeting customers with a smile
- Taking and delivering accurate food orders
- Preparing all of McDonald’s world-famous food
- Partnering with other crew and managers to meet target goals during your shift
- Maintaining restaurant cleanliness including washing dishes and performing cleaning tasks
- Ensuring items are well stocked
