This job opportunity is with a restaurant that operates under a McDonald’s franchise, owned and managed by an independent franchisee. Unlike McDonald’s USA corporate, this franchisee is a separate business entity responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, and scheduling. While the restaurant proudly uses McDonald’s logos and offers its iconic foods, the franchisee operates autonomously from McDonald’s USA and independently manages employee relations and day-to-day operations.

Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- ability to work flexible schedules including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends
- willingness to work part-time or full-time
- capability to operate in a team setting
- physical capability to perform restaurant tasks
- reliable transportation preferred
