  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • ability to follow instructions and work cooperatively with team members
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • willingness to comply with safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • Fluent in English
  • capable of counting money and making change
  • able to operate restaurant equipment
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • customer service experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Greets and serves guests while providing excellent customer service
  • anticipates and understands guest needs and strives to exceed expectations
  • operates coffee, sandwich, and other equipment
  • processes POS transactions including entering orders and collecting payment with accuracy
  • maintains clean workstations and guest areas
  • follows direction, works well and interacts with others respectfully
  • complies with all restaurant, brand and franchisee policies and procedures
  • resolves guest issues quickly and with a sense of urgency
  • follows safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • complies with all applicable laws
