- ability to follow instructions and work cooperatively with team members
- excellent interpersonal skills
- willingness to comply with safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- capable of counting money and making change
- able to operate restaurant equipment
- good communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- customer service experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Greets and serves guests while providing excellent customer service
- anticipates and understands guest needs and strives to exceed expectations
- operates coffee, sandwich, and other equipment
- processes POS transactions including entering orders and collecting payment with accuracy
- maintains clean workstations and guest areas
- follows direction, works well and interacts with others respectfully
- complies with all restaurant, brand and franchisee policies and procedures
- resolves guest issues quickly and with a sense of urgency
- follows safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines
- complies with all applicable laws
