This franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos, branding, and food products while running the restaurant. Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Available to work part-time or full-time night shifts
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to work until 1am
- Must have weekend availability
- Commitment to work at least four days a week
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Job Qualifications
- Outstanding attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work night shifts until approximately 1am
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to work a minimum of four days a week with weekend availability
- No prior experience required as training is provided
Job Duties
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
- Prepare all of McDonald's world-famous food
- Partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
- Close the restaurant and complete end-of-day operations
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
