Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Four-year college degree preferred
- Previous experience in high-paced operations
- Experience in luxury environment preferred
- High proficiency with computer software, apps, and websites preferred
- Ability to speak and write in English
- Strong customer focus and reliability
- Maintain well-groomed personal presentation
Job Qualifications
- Ability to use various technology applications including hardware and software to assist guests and process information
- Skilled in internet research for guest support
- Effective communication with associates across departments via email, telephone, radio and other applications
- Develop and maintain constructive interpersonal relationships at work
- Experience managing and developing team members including new hire training and ongoing coaching
- Comprehensive knowledge of the resort and South Florida to enhance guest experience
Job Duties
- Ensure the Bell and Door team adhere to The Boca Raton and Forbes Five Star standards for arrival and departure
- Create weekly schedules and adjust staffing levels to meet business needs according to labor standards
- Responsible for hiring, training and performance of all team members
- Resolve guest complaints and de-escalate situations effectively
- Communicate clearly with strong verbal and written English skills
- Act as resort ambassador assisting guests in the Lobby and Front Drive
- Assist directly with Bell and Doorman duties including luggage handling, issuing valet tickets, and covering Bell Captain roles
