Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years experience working in a 5-star hotel environment
- Minimum one year of front office management experience
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or hotel management preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
- Knowledge of property management systems such as Opera and ALICE
- Trainer skills and ability to mentor and develop team members
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to plan and organize large projects
Job Duties
- Exercise full hotel authority in the absence of the general manager during the night shift
- Serve as manager-on-duty to address and resolve guest and team member questions or issues
- Tour hotel interior and exterior to ensure quality appearance, cleanliness and lighting and report deficiencies
- Oversee preparation of daily summary reports for distribution
- Supervise and train night front desk agents to ensure guest satisfaction and accurate reporting
- Manage emergencies during night hours
- Assist in preparation of staff schedules within budgetary guidelines
