Job Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience
- reside within Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Mississippi, Arkansas or Louisiana
- valid driving license
- ability to travel up to 50 percent of the time
- strong customer service orientation
- experience supporting field sales teams or healthcare providers
- knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance regulations
- proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Job Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience
- one to two years professional experience in sales, healthcare, life sciences, or a scientific field preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- experience supporting field sales teams or healthcare providers, event planning, or training coordination
- exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- strong understanding of compliance-related concepts and pharmaceutical regulations
- proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
Job Duties
- execute and manage Clinical Training Program events
- instruct healthcare professionals on birth control implant procedures including insertion, localization, removal, and reinsertion
- ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines related to the Clinical Training Program
- organize all aspects of CTP event planning and execution
- collaborate with internal teams including sales, regional managers, and commercial staff
- liaise with third-party vendors to support training activities
- ensure all activities align with policies outlined in the Clinical Training Programs Reference Manual
