Job Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • reside within Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Mississippi, Arkansas or Louisiana
  • valid driving license
  • ability to travel up to 50 percent of the time
  • strong customer service orientation
  • experience supporting field sales teams or healthcare providers
  • knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance regulations
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Job Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • one to two years professional experience in sales, healthcare, life sciences, or a scientific field preferred
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • experience supporting field sales teams or healthcare providers, event planning, or training coordination
  • exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • strong understanding of compliance-related concepts and pharmaceutical regulations
  • proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

Job Duties

  • execute and manage Clinical Training Program events
  • instruct healthcare professionals on birth control implant procedures including insertion, localization, removal, and reinsertion
  • ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines related to the Clinical Training Program
  • organize all aspects of CTP event planning and execution
  • collaborate with internal teams including sales, regional managers, and commercial staff
  • liaise with third-party vendors to support training activities
  • ensure all activities align with policies outlined in the Clinical Training Programs Reference Manual
