Job Requirements

  • Able to work Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm
  • fully bilingual in English and Spanish
  • minimum 2 years experience in medical front desk
  • reliable transportation or relocation to Lauderdale Lakes, FL
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Qualifications

  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
  • 2+ years of experience in a medical front desk
  • Microsoft Office knowledge
  • strong multitasking skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • ability to manage patient data accurately
  • experience with clinical trial management systems (CTMS) a plus

Job Duties

  • Answer telephone in a professional manner and screen calls as necessary
  • enter patient data in a timely manner and request stipend upon visit completion
  • enter all patient data in CTMS and all follow-up and recurring visits accordingly
  • coordinate next scheduled visits daily and notify clinical staff of any changes
  • prepare patient study schedules daily and distribute to staff
  • call patients to confirm next day visits and remind them of special requests
  • prepare transportation requests and give to driver
  • collect and distribute incoming faxes
  • distribute lab results to Clinical Ops Manager or Assistant Manager
  • prepare certified letters
  • process medical record requests
  • maintain inventory of office supplies
  • receive and log all incoming packages
  • notify appropriate departments of visitors and monitors
  • order food for monitors and patients as requested
  • maintain front desk area neat at all times
  • perform other miscellaneous duties as needed
