Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience in a medical office setting and or graduation from a certified Medical Assistant program is required
  • Certified Medical Assistant with Women's health experience preferred
  • Experience with EMR system(s) and medical terminology is required
  • 2 years of experience in customer service scheduling and or administrative support duties

Job Duties

  • Manage and maintain the Axonics Portal ensuring accurate documentation patient tracking and coordination with providers
  • Provide administrative support for The Continence Program including scheduling and coordinating patient appointments responding to patient messages and inquiries supporting in-person seminars and outreach events providing additional administrative and clinical assistance as the program grows
  • Work assigned clinical inboxes to ensure timely follow-up on patient messages results and provider requests
  • Collaborate with the virtual call center team to resolve escalated patient or scheduling needs
  • Assist with onboarding new patients to specialty programs or devices such as Axonics and PTNS
  • Prepare and maintain reports correspondence and records as directed by the Practice Manager or providers
  • Support data entry tracking and quality improvement initiatives within the EMR Athena
  • Assist with operational projects and cross-coverage as needed to ensure smooth clinic flow
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Practice Manager or Regional Director
