Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- State required certifications and completion of Medication Aide Training
- Previous scheduling experience preferred
- Computer skills required
- Solid knowledge of MS Office preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Checks ADL books and resident electronic health record for documentation and completion of care
- Checks paper and electronic Medication Administration Records and Medication Observation Records and verifies medications and treatments
- Reports omissions to Resident Care Director for follow-up
- Develops Resident Care Associate staffing schedule with Resident Care Director
- Supports and assists Resident Care Associates with training and in-service completion
- Assembles binders and resident records for new move-ins
- Updates resident face sheet information
- Enters resident care details into Yardi and Resident Summary Template
- Ensures accuracy of Resident Care Associate assignments and provides schedule to staff
- Assists Resident Care Director with care plan signature follow-up
- Orders and maintains supplies for Resident Care department
- Coordinates Quality Assurance and family meetings with Resident Care Director
- Provides documentation to Receptionist/Concierge for resident emergency binders
- Assists with documentation for town/state-funded programs if applicable
