Shiloh Animal Hospital is a well-established veterinary care provider located in Morrisville, North Carolina. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in veterinary medicine
  • At least 1-2 years experience in emergency room or high-volume general practice environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and patient families
  • Competent in using multiple online platforms
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to stand for most of the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds without assistance

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in veterinary medicine or animal care
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and operate various online systems
  • Empathy and compassion in client interactions
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Preferred: registered veterinary technician or veterinary assistant certificate
  • Preferred: formal training in communication or interpersonal de-escalation
  • Preferred: Fear Free Certification

Job Duties

  • Manage client communication and appointment scheduling
  • Coordinate daily operations between medical staff and patients
  • Provide empathetic support and education to pet owners
  • Use multiple online platforms to streamline tasks
  • Advocate for patient needs and care quality
  • Maintain accurate client and patient records
  • Assist in managing hospital workflow in a fast-paced environment
