- AA/AS degree preferred
- on-the-job related experience
- minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a health-related field preferred
- ability to travel to other clinics regionally
- current BLS certification required

Job Duties
- greet and register patients
- maintain lobby cleanliness and brand elements
- execute opening and closing procedures related to front office activities
- collect appropriate monies from patients
- provide excellent customer service over the telephone
- coordinate communication with Clinical Concierge colleagues for optimal patient flow
- collaborate with other urgent care centers to ensure seamless patient services
