Job Requirements
- Possess Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) license or Idaho CMA certification by AAMA, NHA or NCCT
- Current BLS certification or willingness to obtain through training
- Minimum one year experience in physician’s office or medical facility preferred
- Exceptions considered for externship or residency candidates with active or pending MA-R certification
- License to be obtained within 45 days of hire if not already held
- Adherence to Indigo’s policies and standards

Job Duties
- Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff, and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes
- Perform a variety of clinical functions requiring specialized knowledge and integration of resources and data
- Advocate for ethical and holistic patient care that promotes autonomy and dignity
- Create and maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients from diverse backgrounds
- Support clinic management with operational and patient care tasks
