Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of medical office experience preferred
- excellent customer service skills
- comfortable working in fast paced environment
- excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- proficient with computer skills including experience with practice management software desired

Job Duties
- Schedule injections and MRIs
- check out patients
- answer the telephone and handle calls in a timely and friendly manner including appropriate documentation of the call
- obtain insurance authorization and verify coverage prior to patients appointment
- notify patient of the current status
- work effectively with staff
- communicate with physician's staff to ensure quality of care
- maintain operations by following policies and procedures (HIPAA- OSHA)
- perform other duties as assigned
