- experience in admitting, medical records or health information, or applicable clerical support
- familiarity with medical terminology

Job Duties
- Scheduling patient appointments with accuracy and care
- verifying insurance and handling patient registration
- managing co-pay collections and balancing daily or weekly deposits
- supporting front-office operations and serving as a resource for colleagues
- assisting with limited coding and charge entry
- problem solving independently and mentoring others
- interfacing with physicians and other staff regularly
