Job Requirements
- high school graduate or equivalent
- one year of healthcare experience preferred
- experience with electronic medical records preferred
- ability to use standard office equipment
- strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- perform patient check-in and complete all necessary paperwork according to clinic and regulatory policies
- answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- schedule patient appointments according to office guidelines
- obtain accurate patient and insurance information and collect copays and deductible amounts
- copy and scan patient access related documents into electronic medical records
- prepare charts for patient appointments ensuring all necessary information is complete
