- 0 - 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information

Job Duties
- Perform patient check-in at the time of visit and complete all necessary paperwork to ensure efficient admitting process and compliance with clinic and regulatory policies
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Schedule appointments according to office guidelines
- Obtain accurate patient and insurance information, collect copays and deductible amounts
- Copy/scan patient access related hardcopy materials into the correct location in the electronic medical record
- Prepare charts for patient appointments ensuring all necessary information is complete
- Conduct patient check-out including collecting payments and scheduling follow-up appointments
- Perform record filing, retrieval, and assist with filing registration documentation in electronic medical records
- Confirm next day appointments and notify patients about required documentation and payment details
- Follow up with patients regarding No Show Guidelines and send appropriate communications
- Manage the flow of interdepartmental, outgoing, and incoming mail
- Support office supply ordering and inventory procedures
- Notify clinical staff of patient arrivals and inform patients of appointment delays
- Perform cash drawer reconciliation
