Job Duties
- Greet and welcome patients
- Act as patient host
- Manage the patient calendar
- Collaborate with team members to direct operational flow
- Assist in opening and closing procedures
- Provide extraordinary customer service and conflict resolution
- Maintain a strong knowledge base of the current JumpstartMD policies and procedures and enable their implementation in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
