Job Duties
- perform patient check-in at the time of visit
- complete all paperwork necessary to ensure efficient admitting process
- ensure compliance with clinic and regulatory policies
- answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- schedule appointments according to office guidelines
- serve as the welcoming greeter for the office
- perform general administrative support duties
