- one year of healthcare experience preferred
- experience with electronic medical records preferred

Job Duties
- perform patient check-in at the time of visit and complete all paperwork necessary to ensure efficient admitting process and compliance with clinic and regulatory policies
- answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- schedule appointments according to office guidelines
- obtain accurate patient and insurance information and collect copays and deductible amounts
- copy and scan patient related hardcopy materials into electronic medical records
- prepare charts for patient appointments ensuring completeness
- conduct all functions associated with patient check-out including pricing services, collecting payments, and scheduling follow-ups
