Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in a medical or clinical receptionist role preferred
strong communication skills
proficiency with computer applications
ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
knowledge of patient confidentiality rules
reliable and punctual work attendance

Job Duties

Meet and greet patients for the clinic as needed
schedule patient appointments
answer telephone and direct calls to appropriate personnel or departments
file, fax, copy and send reports as necessary
perform other office related duties as needed or directed
