Job Requirements

- ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- traveling required throughout all clinic locations within assigned area
- high school or GED required
- at least 1-2 years of medical office healthcare experience
- prior management and healthcare experience
- 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office
- demonstrated ability to utilize administrative systems
- excellent communication skills
- clinical state license preferred
- current BLS/CPR certification preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school or GED required, college degree preferred
- at least 1-2 years of medical office or healthcare experience
- prior management and healthcare experience
- 2 years of experience and expertise with Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel)
- demonstrated ability to execute administrative systems and processes proficiently
- excellent communication skills with all levels and team leaders
- clinical license such as LPN, MA, RT, PA, NP or equivalent preferred
- current BLS/CPR certification preferred
Job Duties
- Assists and identifies opportunities for improvement and executes improvement plans approved by the Multi-site Managers
- supervises the orientation, training and cross training of clinic staff to ensure competencies, policies, and standards are followed
- communicates job expectations and conducts individual and group coaching for clinic employees
- collaborates with the Provider to facilitate daily briefings and monthly meetings
- assists with managing site staffing levels in partnership with Multi-site Manager
- monitors patient flow to ensure efficient clinic operations and reduces wait times
- assists and facilitates support for Providers as needed
- consults with Providers to ensure optimal delivery of patient care
- oversees clinic staff and activities to ensure timely delivery of services
- follows established scripts and protocols including patient rooming, discharge, and callbacks
- ensures office is OSHA compliant and equipment maintenance schedules are followed
- accountable for completion and oversight of Clinical Lead To Do and To Delegate list when leader on duty
