Job Requirements
- HS diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
- less than one year of related experience
- basic computer skills and technical knowledge
- ability to multitask and prioritize work to meet deadlines
- good customer service and communication skills
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- ability to work overtime as needed
- required to obtain security and other clearances as mandated by customers
- may require driving between multiple client locations with a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to spend extended periods standing, bending, walking, reaching, and pulling while performing duties

Job Duties
- Promptly inform supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns
- promptly review and respond to management and client requests via emails, phone calls, text messages, and verbal communication
- provide excellent customer service
- contribute to the creation and maintenance of the Site Procedure Guide
- perform various site services including copy/print production, copier maintenance, mail/courier services, reception/office services, shipping/receiving, inventory, warehouse, and file room services based on assigned location
- attend cross-functional trainings to provide coverage when short-staffed
- perform front office reception duties such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls, taking messages, scheduling conference rooms, and entering data
- respond to customer needs and requests
- accept deliveries and set up food and beverages for meetings
- maintain copier and binding equipment as needed
