Job Qualifications

  • background in and/or general knowledge of golf and golf facility operations a plus, but not required

Job Duties

  • work alongside in-house sales and golf course onboarding teams to meet and exceed the varying needs of nonprofits, event organizers, golf facilities, sponsors, end users, and other GolfStatus clients
  • build and maintain partner tournament and registration sites using proprietary tournament management software
  • track and record customer needs as specified, keeping a record of challenges and requests as part of regular reporting protocols
  • serve as a direct point of contact for inbound technical support inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • input, manage, and track customer data using the appropriate platforms
  • work closely with Account Managers/Fundraising Specialists to properly promote GolfStatus products
  • build meaningful client relationships that translate into year-over-year renewals
