Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree preferred
  • minimum of five years experience in client-facing roles
  • beverage industry experience preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • customer-focused mindset
  • proficient in Microsoft Office 365
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to travel up to 50 percent
  • ability to work full-time on-site
  • physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • able to perform required physical activities including sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, management or related field preferred

Job Duties

  • develop and maintain strong client relationships during pre-production and post-production activities
  • proactively maintain contact/check ins with clients in between production cycles
  • work directly with clients and production team to ensure projects are completed to client and Red Boot Beverage specifications on an efficient and timely basis
  • develop and maintain standard operating procedures for onboarding new clients in a streamlined manner
  • maintain and distribute associated documentation to appropriate parties
  • responsible for seamless client onboarding including creating, vetting and getting approval on production packets in partnership with internal stakeholders
  • collect all specifications for ingredients, packaging materials, formulas, coding from clients
  • monitor and manage shelf-life testing and discuss results with clients
  • work with external consultant to get TTB approval on formulas and labels
  • assist clients with procuring process authority letters for non-alcoholic beverages
  • communicate shipping, receiving and payments for pre-production runs to internal and external stakeholders
  • work with clients, vendors and manufacturing team to ensure proper packaging specifications are met
  • procure packaging coding from GS1 and NABCA websites
  • ensure palletizing is done correctly according to company requirements
  • communicate micro-testing results on finished goods to clients and follow up with actions as required
  • utilize project management skills to manage onboarding process
  • create and lead client visits by preparing schedules, agendas, tours and tastings
  • liaison with Orthodox Union managing Kosher certification process
  • support quality efforts including customer complaints, recall and food safety teams
  • coordinate with ingredient and packaging suppliers to support clients
  • meet GMP and SQF requirements
  • cultivate and promote a strong safety culture and follow safety policies and procedures
  • identify and communicate workplace hazards
  • participate in safety meetings as required
