Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in sales or client services
  • Existing network in Northwest Arkansas preferred
  • Ability to work remotely with reliable internet
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license for occasional travel
  • Flexibility to work full or part-time

Job Duties

  • Prospect new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain existing client relationships
  • Understand client's needs and provide recommendations in meeting specific requirements
  • Maintain an organized system to track leads, contacts, and sales activities
  • Track sales performance and provide regular updates to the Vice President
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve clients' needs and in providing excellent customer service
