Job Requirements

  • Valid C Class driver's license with clean driving record
  • Flexible schedule with ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication skills in reading, writing, and spoken English
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must pass pre-employment drug testing and background check
  • Experience in customer service or related field

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • College degree in Hospitality or equivalent preferred
  • Three to five years of aviation client relations experience preferred
  • Experience in luxury hotel or luxury hospitality industry considered
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently

Job Duties

  • Serve as concierge to passengers and pilots to ensure smooth reservation, arrival, and departure experience
  • Establish long-term trusted relationships by delivering highest level of personalized service
  • Regularly interact with customers and tenants to promote the FBO and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to training and development of CSR I and other FBO employees
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate to supervisor as needed
  • Produce daily reports as needed by management
  • Perform nightly duties as required by closing checklist
