Job Requirements
- Valid C Class driver's license with clean driving record
- Flexible schedule with ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills in reading, writing, and spoken English
- Ability to work independently
- Must pass pre-employment drug testing and background check
- Experience in customer service or related field
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College degree in Hospitality or equivalent preferred
- Three to five years of aviation client relations experience preferred
- Experience in luxury hotel or luxury hospitality industry considered
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Strong organizational skills
- Highly detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently
Job Duties
- Serve as concierge to passengers and pilots to ensure smooth reservation, arrival, and departure experience
- Establish long-term trusted relationships by delivering highest level of personalized service
- Regularly interact with customers and tenants to promote the FBO and ensure customer satisfaction
- Contribute to training and development of CSR I and other FBO employees
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate to supervisor as needed
- Produce daily reports as needed by management
- Perform nightly duties as required by closing checklist
