Job Requirements
- Must have a valid C Class driver's license with a clean driving record

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- college degree in hospitality or equivalent preferred
- three to five years of aviation client relations experience preferred
- candidates from luxury hotel or broader luxury hospitality industries considered
- excellent communication skills with fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English
- excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- All responsibilities of Client Services Representative I
- serve as concierge to passengers and pilots to ensure smooth reservation, arrival, and departure experiences
- establish long-term, trusted relationships by delivering the highest level of personalized service
- regularly interact with customers and tenants to promote the FBO and ensure high customer satisfaction
- contribute to training and development of CSR I and other FBO employees
- resolve customer complaints and escalate to supervisor as needed
- engage in daily interdepartmental huddle calls
- coordinate activities between Client Services team, Concierge, and Line Service to enhance client experience
- manage valet/greeter vehicle and inventory
- participate in continuous safety requirements according to LAWA and Clay Lacy Aviation policies
- produce daily reports as required by management
- perform nightly duties as per closing checklist
- handle billing of clients and assist with billing disputes using FBO 360/HUB
- track and update notes related to airport restrictions and addendums
- perform accounting duties related to Corridor
- undertake other responsibilities as assigned or requested
