Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • college degree in hospitality or equivalent preferred
  • three to five years of aviation client relations experience preferred
  • candidates from luxury hotel or broader luxury hospitality industries considered
  • excellent communication skills with fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English
  • excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
  • strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • All responsibilities of Client Services Representative I
  • serve as concierge to passengers and pilots to ensure smooth reservation, arrival, and departure experiences
  • establish long-term, trusted relationships by delivering the highest level of personalized service
  • regularly interact with customers and tenants to promote the FBO and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • contribute to training and development of CSR I and other FBO employees
  • resolve customer complaints and escalate to supervisor as needed
  • engage in daily interdepartmental huddle calls
  • coordinate activities between Client Services team, Concierge, and Line Service to enhance client experience
  • manage valet/greeter vehicle and inventory
  • participate in continuous safety requirements according to LAWA and Clay Lacy Aviation policies
  • produce daily reports as required by management
  • perform nightly duties as per closing checklist
  • handle billing of clients and assist with billing disputes using FBO 360/HUB
  • track and update notes related to airport restrictions and addendums
  • perform accounting duties related to Corridor
  • undertake other responsibilities as assigned or requested
