Job Requirements
- Valid C Class driver’s license with clean driving record
- Flexible schedule with availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills in reading, writing, and spoken English
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug testing and background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College degree in hospitality or equivalent preferred
- Three to five years of aviation client relations experience preferred
- Experience from luxury hotel or broader luxury hospitality industry considered
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Adept problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented
- Flexible schedule to cover shifts, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Serve as concierge to passengers and pilots to ensure smooth reservation, arrival, and departure experience
- Establish long-term trusted relationships by delivering highest level of personalized service
- Regularly interact with customers and tenants to promote the FBO and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Contribute to training and development of CSR I and other FBO employees
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate to supervisor as needed
- Participate in daily interdepartmental huddle calls
- Manage valet/greeter vehicle and inventory
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements as per LAWA and CLA policies
- Produce daily management reports
- Perform nightly duties as required by closing checklist
- Assist with FBO 360/HUB billing and billing disputes
- Track and update notes on airport restrictions and addendums
- Perform accounting duties
- Other responsibilities as assigned
