Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Flexible schedule to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid C Class driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Demonstrable organizational and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • College degree in Hospitality or equivalent preferred
  • Three to five years of aviation client relations experience preferred
  • Experience in luxury hotel or broader luxury hospitality industry considered
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
  • Strong organizational and computer skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and time management skills
  • Valid C Class driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Serve as concierge to passengers and pilots to ensure smooth reservation, arrival, and departure experience
  • Establish long-term, trusted relationships by delivering personalized service
  • Regularly interact with customers and tenants to promote the FBO and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to training and development of CSR I and other FBO employees
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate to supervisor as needed
  • Participate in daily interdepartmental huddle calls
  • Manage valet/greeter vehicle and inventory
  • Ensure compliance with safety requirements per LAWA and CLA policies
  • Produce daily reports as requested by Management
  • Perform nightly duties as per closing checklist
  • Manage billing of all clients and assist with disputes
  • Track and update notes regarding airport restrictions and addendums
  • Perform accounting duties for the Corridor
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
