Job Requirements
- Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school preferred
- one to two years related experience in customer service, hospitality, or administration
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to adapt and respond to different personalities
- proficiency with multi-line phone systems and office equipment
- ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments
- approachable demeanor
- strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
- professional interaction with colleagues
- punctuality and accountability
- fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- basic computer skills with typing speed of 45 WPM

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome clients and guests at the front desk
- conduct center tours as required
- maintain visitor log and run export compliance
- manage client hotel and car accommodations including luggage tags
- provide client schedules via email, print, or the FSI app
- prepare and distribute client welcome packets
- assist clients with app login issues including FlightBag and FlightSafety App
- create client roster reports and other enterprise reports as needed
- assist with client check-in and manage electronic training folders
- handle shipping and mailing of completion documents
- assist with center supply inventory, front desk upkeep, and gift shop sales
- support accounts payable invoices and monthly sales tax reporting
- organize customer lunches and address customer-specific center requirements
- perform notary public duties as needed
- manage TSA application processing and tracking
- handle M-1 Visa and Visa invitation letters process
- process client training completion documents and manage ROT dashboard
- obtain and track client consent per Personal Data Protection System requirements
- train entry-level customer support teammates as needed
