Job Requirements
- Graduation from high school or business school equivalent
- Two to three years of clerical or office administrative experience
- Knowledge of office management practices and filing systems
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 and basic business arithmetic
- Ability to type 50 net words per minute
- Ability to provide reliable transportation during working hours and emergencies
- Fluency in additional language desirable
- Ability to work primarily in office with possible remote work
- Adaptability to perform backup support when required
Job Qualifications
- Equivalent to graduation from high school or business school
- Minimum two to three years of responsible clerical or office administrative experience
- Knowledge of office management practices and procedures
- Proficiency with MS Office 365
- Ability to type at least 50 net words per minute
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in a bilingual language preferred
Job Duties
- Provide administrative support and assistance to multiple departments including Case Management, Clinical, and Early Intervention
- Serve as Community Services Assistant and Receptionist for the Vacaville office
- Receive deliveries and greet and direct office visitors
- Coordinate staff communication for scheduled meetings and appointments
- Establish and maintain tracking systems
- Complete forms and documentation accurately
- Word process documents and enter data into computer systems
- Assist clients, families, and service providers via telephone or in person
- Provide back-up for other support staff positions during vacancies or workload overloads
