Job Requirements

  • Graduation from high school or business school equivalent
  • Two to three years of clerical or office administrative experience
  • Knowledge of office management practices and filing systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 and basic business arithmetic
  • Ability to type 50 net words per minute
  • Ability to provide reliable transportation during working hours and emergencies
  • Fluency in additional language desirable
  • Ability to work primarily in office with possible remote work
  • Adaptability to perform backup support when required

Job Qualifications

  • Equivalent to graduation from high school or business school
  • Minimum two to three years of responsible clerical or office administrative experience
  • Knowledge of office management practices and procedures
  • Proficiency with MS Office 365
  • Ability to type at least 50 net words per minute
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in a bilingual language preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support and assistance to multiple departments including Case Management, Clinical, and Early Intervention
  • Serve as Community Services Assistant and Receptionist for the Vacaville office
  • Receive deliveries and greet and direct office visitors
  • Coordinate staff communication for scheduled meetings and appointments
  • Establish and maintain tracking systems
  • Complete forms and documentation accurately
  • Word process documents and enter data into computer systems
  • Assist clients, families, and service providers via telephone or in person
  • Provide back-up for other support staff positions during vacancies or workload overloads
