Job Requirements
- graduation from high school or equivalent
- three years of administrative or clerical experience or graduation from business school with two years of administrative experience
- proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- ability to type 50 words per minute
- bilingual English/Spanish skills required
- ability to provide personal automobile transportation or access to reliable transportation
- ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- provide reception coverage during breaks and meal periods
- serve as main contact for Spanish-speaking phone calls and in-person client reception
- provide full office support to Case Management
- manage phone calls and greet visitors when main receptionist is unavailable
- enter Client Development Evaluation Reports into database
- process purchase of service documents
- maintain tracking systems
- schedule appointments and meetings
- assist clients, families, and service providers by telephone or in-person
- complete case transfer tasks and documentation
- complete forms and respond to information requests
- handle filing, copying, fax, and mail duties
