Job Requirements
- Equivalent or graduation from high school
- Three years of administrative or clerical experience
- Or graduation from business school or other two-year post high school program and two years of administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Ability to type 50 words per minute
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Ability to provide personal automobile transportation or equivalent reliable transportation
- Primarily office-based in reception area
Job Qualifications
- Graduation from high school or equivalent
- Three years of administrative or clerical experience, or two years with a business school or related post-secondary education
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to type 50 words per minute
- Bilingual English/Spanish fluency
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Job Duties
- Provide back-up reception coverage during breaks, meal periods, and absences
- Serve as main contact for Spanish-speaking clients via phone and in-person
- Manage incoming phone calls, greet visitors, and handle receipt of deliveries
- Assist with case management team tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and document processing
- Maintain tracking systems and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements
- Enter Client Development Evaluation Reports (CDER) into the database
- Support the Officer of the Day and complete purchasing and case file assembly duties
