Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Assist clients with setting up name badges and making copies
  • assist guests with beverages and snacks ensuring a pleasant experience
  • provide transportation services including arranging cabs, Lyft, etc
  • stock coolers, snack racks, and storage closets ensuring items are rotated using FIFO
  • order supplies as needed adhering to budget constraints
  • monitor event calendar, plan event needs in advance and ensure staff scheduling
  • ensure all meals are set on time and communicate changes to caterers and clients
  • set up and maintain digital signage/logos for events
  • assist clients in directing flow of lab and lecture activities
  • contact outside vendors with proper approval
  • maintain professional communication with clients via email and phone
  • anticipate and meet event needs recognizing special requirements
  • ensure coffee supplies are fresh and area clean
  • perform light housekeeping and ensure compliance with safety policies
  • print and obtain signatures on waivers
  • delegate tasks to promote team environment
  • organize and prioritize tasks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions
  • update staff on meal times and changes
  • maintain professional demeanor when interacting with staff and clients
  • adhere to general policies and procedures
  • assist with marketing support and analyzing marketing data
  • assist transportation logistics for events
  • provide administrative support including event planning and data entry
