Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 0-2 years experience as assembly line lead
- Professional certification may be required in some areas
- Ability to multi-task and manage client inquiries
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods
- Must pass pre-employment substance abuse testing
- Must pass E-Verify check

- Knowledge of freight forwarding

Job Duties
- Responds to orders and general client inquiries
- Handles invoice questions and client complaints
- Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service
- Determines cause of client complaints and selects best solutions
- Explains solutions and expedites corrections or adjustments
- Follows up to ensure resolution of client complaints
